Tomato Watermelon and Feta Salad

Opposites attract.
Or so they say.
Dishes that mix contrasting flavors like sweet and salty or sweet and savory are some of my favorites.
I don't think I've ever met a more perfect salad. The mélange of super juicy cubes of watermelon, ripe tomatoes, crunchy red onions (not listed in the recipe - my addition) herbs and salty, crumbly feta cheese is a refreshing, unique summer dish. And it can be on the table in a matter of minutes.
