The divine Judy from Over A Tuscan Stove offered a half a dozen amazing looking recipes to make with the summer's bounty of tomatoes. I made the Spaghetti made like Risotto. Fantastico!
As another fig lover who doesn't know how to use up this year's bumper crop of figs, Paula's recipe for Fresh Fig Chutney on Half Baked is perfect.

Bananas and chocolate cooked together on a grill. I was served this dessert a few summers back and fell instantly in love with its simplicity and over-the-top deliciousness. I see I'm not the only one. Andreea also waxes Lyrical on Glorious Food and Wine in her post about this dessert, Bananas. Chocolate. BBQ.
Veronica offers a recipe for another scrumptious dessert on La Recette du Jour. Her Apricot Frangipane Tart looks well worth the effort.
Rachel over on Coconut and Lime offers this recipe that will be put to good use in our house. Heirloom Tomato and Spaghetti Strata uses leftover spaghetti and cherry tomatoes, which we currently have buckets of.
