The Politics of Obesity: Confronting Our National Eating Disorder
The panel discussion was held in 2003 but the proceedings have been recently made accessible to the public through Google Video. FYI but more as a 'bookmark' for my future reference:

The Politics of Obesity: Confronting Our National Eating Disorder

Obesity has become an epidemic in the United States with one out of every five Americans facing this health crisis. In this presentation, ... all » the UC Berkeley graduate schoollinks of Journalism examines "The Politics of Obesity". Series: "UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism presents" [Health and Medicine] [Public Affairs]

The panel is composed of Marion Nestle, Kelley Brownell and Joan Dye Gussow and is moderated by Michael Pollan.

It runs for an hour and 27 minutes but it is highly informative. If you do not have the time or patience for something that long, fast forward to the last 30 minutes or so.
