Sur la Table

If you want to experience the ultimate in kitchen gadget Paradise you just need to head straight to Sur la Table, either to one of their beautiful stores or to their online catalog.
Every time I walked into their store in Seattle's Pike Place Market it was like entering Culinary Nirvana.
The colorful Emile Henry bakeware against one wall, the crocks full of strange little cooking tools (do people really use those bean slicers), the gorgeous espresso machines from Italy, the dazzling array of knives, the imported linens and dishware, the heavy cast iron pots and pans, the shelves of cookbooks...such good memories!
