I don't usually go gaga over kitchen gadgets but this one really impressed me.

Do you love cooking with citrus zest or hard cheeses but don't relish the thought of scraped knuckles? That would be me!

Here's an innovation to an old reliable. Microplane® has developed Better Box Grater with new features like an Attachment that allows intense grating without the blood, literally.

This is a great idea! It looks as though it's similar to a mandolin with your hands completely protected and away from the blade. If you've ever cut yourself on a grater before you know the unbelievable pain, not to mention that you may not really want to eat the food after. This grater could save some pain, and some food.
