1 handful frozen cranberries
1 handful frozen blueberries
A dash of water
everything in a blender and puree until smooth. The secret ingredient? Add a dollop of Cool Whip and blend for twenty seconds. Yum!Yes, I know this isn't the healthies smoothie in the world but it sure is good. Besides, I figure the adding the fruit makes up for the guilty pleasure of the Cool Whip, right?
