Tartelette made a gorgeous looking Apricot Couronne for World Bread Day on Tuesday. (which I somehow missed) She describes the recipe as "easy to make, the dough is soft and stretchable at will and the scent as you cut into it and serve it with a hot cup of tea is just ...perfect. Makes me want to have a never ending supply of apricots and yeast to make this everyday!"
A lesson about lentils and a great looking recipe for Spiced Lentils With Squash and Raisins is Lydia's current offering at The Perfect Pantry.

A vibrant, healthy looking and enticing Remember Summer Salad, a.k.a Salmon Pesto Salad, is the newest offering by Stacey at Just Braise.
sara has taken on the huge task of cooking her way through the famous, enormous Italian cookbook, Il Cucchiaio d'Argento (The Silver Spoon) and writes about it on her blog, Exploring the Silver Spoon. The most recently tackled recipe, Passatina di Ceci ai Gamberi (Purée of Garbanzo Beans with Shrimp) was unfortunately a disappointment, but there are lots of previously sampled, delicious recipes which more than make up for it.
