Here are some of this week's recipes I've seen that look great!




Katie at Thyme For Cooking has (appropriately) been nominated for a nice award and was also nice enough to share a recipe for Baked Courgette (Zucchini) Sticks with us. These look fantastic!

Over at The Wednesday Chef, Luisa has fallen in love with Mexican cuisine and Mexican chef Diana Kennedy. She's cooked a recipe to rival my grandmother's Italian meatballs (no, you did not just read that Grandma) from an old L.A. Times clipping, Diana Kennedy's Meatballs in Tomato and Chilpotle Sauce.

Stacey at Just Braise enlisted some help and made incredible looking Gnocchi w/ 3 Mushroom Cream Sauce and Peas. This dish definitely looks worth the effort!

If you love squash, have look at robyn's Autumnal Stuffed Squash recipe over at one of the most amusing named blogs out there, Lick Your Own Bowl. I especially love that Camembert chunk on top!
