Self decribed "fusion-girl" McAuliflower at Brownie Points Blog makes food that look so delectable I want to lick my monitor. Rush right over to her site and take a look at the easy recipe she put together called "Raspberry Cordial with Raspberry Chocolate Mousse Kiss." At first glance, I thought the dollop of chocolate on top was simply a standard mousse but it turned out to be silken tofu. I have no doubt that this tastes as good as it looks. Oh, and did I mention the vodka splash? That just takes the cake, er, cordial.
