It's back! Just like last winter, the finest restaurants in new york city are serving up three-course prix-fixe lunches for $24.07 and/or three-course dinners for $35.00. It's interesting what the $24.07 signifies. It is meant to signify that New York City is the city that never sleeps, and it's always delicious: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
