New(ish) Vegetarian Cookbooks
Filed in archive Books (and Mags) for Cooks on November 26, 2007
Although I'm not a vegetarian anymore, I still love vegetarian cookbooks.
Deborah Madison's 10th Anniversary edition of Vegetarian Cooking For Everyone has recently been released, in addition to the soft cover version of Vegetarian Suppers from Deborah Madison's Kitchen.
Ms. Madison's books are versatile, sophisticated and a must have for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike!

Veganomicon: The Ultimate Vegan Cookbook by Isa Chandra Moskowitz and Terry Hope Romano pledge to make it even easier to live as a vegan. You'll find more than 250 recipes-plus menus and stunning color photos-for dishes that will please every palate. All the recipes in Veganomicon have been thoroughly kitchen-tested to ensure user-friendliness and amazing results. And by popular demand, the Veganomicon includes meals for all occasions and soy-free, gluten-free, and low-fat options, plus quick recipes that make dinner a snap.

If you're a fan of some of his other books (like me) then this new, vegetarian cookbook option from the Minimalist is a must. How To Cook Everything Vegetarian by Mark Bittman is crammed with more that 2,000 recipes to try. That will keep you busy for a while!
