Some new additions to my ever-growing list of recipes to try!

Danielle at Habeas Brûlée tried out a recipe for salmon potato galettes from one of Mark Bittman's cookbooks, Fish: The Complete Guide to Buying and Cooking. My husband and I adore potato galettes. The addition of salmon looks delicious!

heidi at 101 Cookbooks has created a healthy, emerald green soup of zucchini and spinach. If you're looking for a way to use up an abundance of zucchini, this recipe is it.




Chow sends recipes to my inbox every few days and the last couple have been real keepers! Carne Asada and Zucchini Blossom Tacos both sound amazing.

More scrumptious looking tacos on display at Farmgirl Fare. Susan came up with a colorful Mexican Jumping Bean Slaw recipe to use up a glut of fresh cabbage. She takes the slaw one step further by making into healthy, easy tacos.
