Some new additions to my ever-growing list of recipes to try!
Danielle at Habeas Brûlée tried out a recipe for salmon potato galettes from one of Mark Bittman's cookbooks, Fish: The Complete Guide to Buying and Cooking. My husband and I adore potato galettes. The addition of salmon looks delicious!
heidi at 101 Cookbooks has created a healthy, emerald green soup of zucchini and spinach. If you're looking for a way to use up an abundance of zucchini, this recipe is it.
