New Kitchen Gadgets

Some crazy new kitchen gadgets that have come across my computer screen this week:
The Chef'n Garlic Zoom.Makes garlic chopping easy and fun.
No one told me that chopping garlic with a knife garlic was difficult and tedious!

There's also the Garlic Genius for your garlic chopping needs.Just place a peeled clove inside this tool, turn the top, and tiny cubes of garlic emerge from the base.
A nice idea, but a pretty hefty $24.95 price tag!

The Prepara 'Trio' Tri-Blade Peeler.Blades nest safely within handle of peeler when not in use, each crafted of Japanese surgical steel.
I don't get it. Why do the blades on a vegetable peeler need to retract?

The Van Vactor Pizza Cutter is a nifty looking little thing.Large wheel's Slicing Slots⢠separate hot molten cheese, followed by a smaller finishing wheel that cuts through any remaining cheese or crust.

Forget those little cupcakes, why not serve a big, giant cupcake at your next birthday party. The Wilton Cupcake Cake Pan will let you do just that!

I love looking at what new tools people come up with.

With gadgets like these you can make you kitchen a fascinating fun place. I don't think there could be room in my large kitchen to fit all the specific gadgets, a lot of them emerge and a lot of them are useful but I think we should just focus on buying on what we need most.

I'm a left hander so I have numerous vegetable peeling problems. Maybe a left hand friendly tin opener? Garlic chopper looks excellent!
