Stefania Butler over at Blogging Baby is going to be cooking lunches for her daughter's preschool and needs to be wary of certain foods that will trigger problems for some of the students with food allergies. Stefania says:

On my most limited day, I can only work with the following ingredients: almonds, eggs, beans (no soy), veggies, fruit (no melon), honey, and grains. On other days I can add in nuts, soy, and dairy in limited amounts.

She's looking for some recipes and suggestions to make her chef's job a little easier. Do Like To Cook readers have any ideas?
