My Favorite French Cheese Recipes
Filed in archive Recipes on January 18, 2008
French cheese has captured my heart.
We eat it every week as I continue work my way through all 350 (approximately) of France's sometimes oozing, sometimes soft and velvety, often smelly and always delicious cheese. I call it La Fête du Fromage.

First we taste the cheese at room temperature with some bread. Then, if we haven't finished it off in the next couple of days, I use it in recipes.
Since I started this little venture last April, I've had to find a lot of recipes that call for French cheese!
Here are some of my favorite's.
Caramelized Onion, Roquefort and Parmesan Tart A blog friend made this tart last weekend and her family raved about it.
Honey Grilled Goat's Log. Honey and goat's cheese is a wonderful combination!
Melted Epoisses Over Leeks. Delicious alongside roast pork or chicken.
A Trio of Brie Recipes. Cooked Brie is fabulous!
Pumpkin Soup With Fourme d'Ambert. We look forward to this every autumn.
Tomato and Goat Cheese Tart. Simple and superb.
