What happens when a food blogger takes a short break and her brother the gadget blogger takes over? Praises are sung to food bloggers the world over and they discover a prospect to join their ranks. That's what I woke up to the other day when Kalyn of Kalyn's Kitchen went off to Washington D.C. and left her brother Rand to man the fort.
In the beginning perhaps it was just a blog to tend but when it was time to post, Rand has this to say:
How hard can the cooking blog thing be, right? Wrong! This is HARD. I tip my wooden spoons to every last food blogger on the planet. You all deserve a vacation. You all deserve a foot massage. And you all deserve a month off from cooking, and from doing the dishes. Make that two months. Seriously.
He says it took him two hours to decide on something to cook and when he was done, it didn't look bad at all!
Voila! Presenting Grilled Tofu Satay with Peanut Sauce!

Visit Kalyn's Kitchen and read Rand's Gadget bloggers don't have to garnish. Even if you're not a food blogger, you're sure to love reading it!
Thank you, Rand!

I can't believe how nice food bloggers are. Thanks for such kind words. I meant everything I said about all of you. Huge respect coming from this blistered fingered substitute food blogger. Keep up the delicious work.
