More Cheese, Please
Filed in archive Gourmet Goodies by Jennifer on August 29, 2007
After writing yesterday about two great new cheese reference books and an exciting upcoming cheese event, I decided I should give a few links to some of my favorite cheese sites and blogs out there on the web.

365 Cheeses is written by Kirk Samuels, a guy who wanted to learn more about cheese, so started a year-long tasting extravaganza. His writing is both informative and witty which makes 365 Cheeses a great read.

Curd Nerds is a combination of recipes and comprehensive news updates in the cheese world. Started by Jamie Forrest, a guy who "really, really, REALLY likes cheese."

Cheese By Hand is written by Michael Claypool and sasha Davies. These two started a tour in April 2006 to visit artisan cheesemakers and cheese retailers across America. Their goal is to bring a better understanding of the cheesemaking experience to the general public and to promote small-scale producers.

Fromages is a website offering extensive information about French cheese. You can order cheese directly from this site or have a look at dozens of recipes.

Big Cheese Stories is the official blog of the staff at Murray's Cheese in New York City. Wonderful accounts of the life and love of cheese.
