The wineries in the Okanagan Valley in British Columbia, Canada are offering a week of icewine tasting at their Icewine Festival from January 14 through January 19.
Spectacular wines and an award winning alpine resort create an unbelievable weekend of education and recreation. From wine masters dinners, to educational seminars and a unique progressive tasting, this is a memorable weekend in the making.

Winter Haven, Florida plays host to the annual Florida Citrus Festival and Polk County Fair from January 17 until January 27. The festival offers food, entertainment and fun for the whole family along this year's theme, "Were Goin' Hog Wild!"
Connecticut's largest food and wine show, the Sun WineFest, offering celebrity chefs, cooking demonstrations, seminars and wine tasting takes place this weekend.
If you happen to be in the Algarve, this Sunday in Querença, Portugal, the Festa das Chouriças de Querença or Querença Sausage Festival kicks off at 10 a.m.The sausage festival involves a procession, tasting of grilled sausages and plenty of musical entertainment.
The Niagara Icewine Festival begins this Friday in Niagara, Canada and if you can't make it this weekend, the festival runs through the 3rd of February. Wine can be tasted all along the Niagara Wine Route.
