Around sixty organic food and drink producers will be offering tempting, seasonal tastings at the Aberystwyth Christmas Food & Drink Fayre this Saturday.

If you're in the general vicinity of Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, on the islands of the Philippines, head on over to the Bod-Bod Festival. The event runs all weekend and looks like great fun!
The festival gives emphasis to this native delicacy made of glutinous rice, coconut milk, sugar and salt. It features the biggest Bod-bod that would weigh as much as eighty kilos and requires ten persons to prepare the delicacy, and the smallest Bod-bod that would come served inside a matchbox. Bod-bod making contest gives the Tanjayanons the chance to show their natural expertise on the art of making the delicacy.
In Český Krumlov, Czech Republic, there is a Christmas Market this weekend offering music, Father Christmas
and gingerbread house decorating. The snow covered town is a beautiful backdrop for the celebration. Here in France there is le Petit Marché du Gros Souper in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. This Provençal Christmas market offers traditional, regional ingredients for sale as well as gifts for friends and family.
