Lindt and Sprüngli, leading producers of some of the world's premium chocolate, have announced the release of a new book which invites readers to explore their inner chocolatier.

Additionally, the book incorporates trends in premium chocolate including the infusion of exotic flavors such as Cayenne Pepper, Red Chili and Peppermint into Lindt chocolate and desserts. Lindt Chocolate Passion unveils the collaborative dessert recipes contributed by the Master Chocolatiers, including recipes for: truffles; Bark Fruit and Fondue; Mousse, Creme and Parfaits; Cookies and Brownies; Cakes; Tarts, Cheesecakes, and Small Desserts; and Chocolate Drinks infused with Lindt premium chocolate.
