Yes, it is summer and no, I am not cooking much these days.
Fortunately there are people out there who are still turning on their ovens and heating up their kitchens and producing some fantastic looking recipes for me to read and to bookmark. And to cook of course. Later. When it is cooler.
Maybe in September?

Andreea from Glorious Food and Wine offers a recipe for Roasted Carrot Soup. Definitely a keeper!
Sabra from Cookbook Catchall has posted a scrumptious recipe for a Chinese dish of noodles topped with sautéed ground pork and soy-bean and hoisin-garlic sauce called Zha Ziang Mian.
Crunchy, mouth watering looking Grilled Corn, Mango and Jicama Salad with Honey Vinaigrette was made up in the produce aisle by Nicole at Pinch My Salt.
For a sweet treat I think I'll try Meeta's recipe for Raspberry Hazelnut Tea Cake that she wrote about on What's For Lunch Honey?.
Fanny at foodbeam's recipe for Brownies-Like Cookies and Banana Ice Cream Sandwiches looks like a perfect way to cool off.
