For a long time now, I've been a subscriber of Reader's Digest Asia.
Recently, I have been enjoying this magazine more because of the addition of the Guide sections. And under Guide/Food I have discovered the husband-wife tandem of the Tans who maintains the popular food blog Chubby Hubby.
With their latest recipe -Hainanese Chicken Curry - the Tans revealed that its their favorite frozen food. Something that you can just reheat out of the fridge and enjoy during the busy work week.
Hainanese Chickeh Curry is made of boneless chicken thighs and less coconut milk. Check out the full recipe at Chubby Hubby. All the other recipes are interesting, I really have to dig more into this blog. So have you found Chubby Hubby yet?
