© Little SilverThe Break-up Cookbook is an unpublished cookbook by Cate Wells and Heather Quinlan.
Simply said, the said cookbook is meant for ladies undergoing bad relationship break-ups. It is meant to channel your energies in a positive ways as opposed to wallowing in your sorrows curled up in bed with the lights off. You know...things that women do to cope up with a break-up.
Cooking can be a good therapy and The Break-up Cookbook emphasizes just that. In its official website, the recipes are categorized in a funny way: denial desserts, angry appetizers, acceptance parties and Boy Thyme, etc. Focusing however on dishes for one.
While yet to be published, this cookbook is gaining fan base on Facebook and their official website.
