The California Table Grape Commission and Cookie magazine have a new recipe contest running entitled Go Grape.

Submit your best recipe using juicy, plump, red or green California grapes, and you might win the chance to improve your cooking skills with private lessons by a professional chef.

Send us your best recipe featuring grapes as an essential ingredient. One grand prize winner, as chosen by Cookie and the California Table Grape Commission, will enjoy a private cooking lesson with a professional chef. Runners-up will receive a copy of the grape-based recipe book, Green Black Red, and have their recipe posted online. Just for entering, you'll have the chance to win one of 40 additional copies up for grabs.
