We've been having a lively discussion about gluten-free food over at a (non-food) forum I belong to, and someone was kind enough to list their favorite sources for gluten-free stuff. My family aren't gluten intolerant nor does anyone (as far as we know) suffer from celiac's disease, but hubby and 2 kids do have serious wheat, egg and dairy sensitivities, so gluten-free products do make it to our pantry from time to time.
