Favorite Food and Wine Bloggers

My Favorite's List continues to grow as I discover more and more creative and original sites out there. Here a few:
Figs Olives Wine. Amanda Darrach Filippone has created a splendid, beautifully written and photographed blog that keeps me coming back for more. She describes her blog with these words:
Figs Olives Wine embraces a Mediterranean cultural style of eating through the use of seasonal, local produce and through simple, unadorned cooking that highlights the quality of ingredients rather than the skills of the chef.
Tom Wark's Fermentation: The Daily Wine Blog keeps me up to date on the goings on in the wine world. Mr. Wark works in public relations in the wine industry so his blog is continually updated with news about the movers and shakers in the trade, wine tasting notes, interesting new sites to read, and engaging, personal vignettes.
Even though it is written in French, many of O Delices' recipes have an English version. The recipes are simple, quick and each one I've tried has turned out perfectly. There are over 800 recipes on this site so I know I can always find something new and interesting to try. One of my favorite's is a Salmon and Leek Gratin. Divine!
For a dose of dazzlingly beautiful food photography and witty writing, just head over to Matt Bites. His blog is delightful and addictive!
Lucy's Kitchen Notebook captures the essence of French cooking and ingredients. lucy
Vanel's blog is a real treasure with stunning photography, enchanting prose and mouth watering recipes.Permalink: Favorite Food and Wine Bloggers
