The Blue Ridge BBQ and Music Festival, now in its 15th year, is on this weekend in Tryon, North Carolina.

If you like your food cooked slow & low, then step right up and order some of our BBQ. The folks selling you your 'Q in the infield area are also competing for prizes and championship status in our contest, so you know you're getting the best of the best!

The Banana Split Festival in Wilmington, Ohio takes place this Friday and Saturday to celebrate the advent of the Banana Split in 1907. There will be live music, games, rides and of course, Banana Splits!

For the adults, the 11th Annual Absinthe Festival is on this Saturday in Boveresse, Switzerland. In addition to absinthe tasting, there will be food available and live music to enjoy.

Another tasting event in Niagara, Ontario, Canada at the Niagara New Vintage Festival.

Dozens of Niagara's most celebrated winemakers will be on hand, along with a host of chefs who will entice you with fabulous dishes, painstakingly selected to compliment the wine. This two weekend celebration including winery tours, tastings and culinary extravaganzas will entice your inner gourmand.

The BBC Good Food Show Summer comes to Birmingham, UK from June 11-15. Gordon Ramsay will be there. That's all I would need to know!
