There are a seemingly endless number of food and wine events to attend this weekend. Here are some of the highlights:

Down in New Zealand this weekend you'll find the Fifth Annual Auckland Wine and Food Festival. The event includes live music, cooking demonstrations, wine tasting and wine and cheese tips.

The Toronto Wine & Cheese Show looks like a great event for us cheese and wine lovers!

The Toronto Wine & Cheese Show is known worldwide for its informative and refined selection of gourmet food and award-winning wines. It also features cuisine from renowned restaurants, exciting seminars, beers, single Malt whiskies, forthcoming vintages and industry-regarded wine and beer competitions.

If you love catfish, head to the 33rd Annual World Catfish Festival in Belzoni, Mississippi. The Festival offers a Catfish Eating Contest, a children's play, a 5k fun run and live music.

Miami, Florida is hosting their 13th Annual Miami Wine and Food Festival from April 3-5. The festivities include an appearance by celebrity chef Stephen Lewandowski, a Champagne gala dinner followed by an auction and and interactive dinner where you help do the cooking.

Verona, Italy is hosting Vinitaly, the largest wine show in the world with over 4,000 exhibitors. That's a lot of wine to taste in just a few days!
