Dinner in just ten minutes? Yes, I'm serious.
I know you think it can't be done. But it can. I know this because I recently pulled it off.
I got this tasty tortellini soup on the table in just ten minutes.

Of course I had a little help from store bought, wild mushroom tortellini and frozen baby peas. (one of my favorite things)
Simmer the pasta and peas in a couple of cups of chicken, beef or vegetable stock, either homemade or not, for a couple of minutes and add a hearty grating of Parmesan cheese and a bit of freshly ground pepper.
Slice up some crusty French bread and there you are.
Dinner done!
