The truth about your cereal - filled with sugar, salt and fat
Gasp! And we thought eating cereals is healthy! Think again after reading this from the UK Daily mail.

I'm not yet done reading the report (all in tabular form) done by the consumer group Which? but thought I'd give readers the heads up.

Apparently, some of the brands equal if not exceed the equivalent of eating two eggs, sausages or chocolate bars in terms of salt, fat and sugar content, as mentioned in the write-up by the Daily Mail.

Of course, some brands of cereal have been long known to just be sugar but I for one never thought almost all brands had trouble lurking beneath their "healthy" image. I would normally say, start checking the labels but an easier solution is to eat breakfast made from scratch. Oh well... for something healthy, doesn't almost everything boil down to that nowadays?
