We usually get a bar or two of chocolate we haven't tried each week. It has to be dark, no dairy, because of allergies. We keep a list of the ones we really like so when we have to bake or cook with chocolate, we can use something that we already know will make the finished product taste good. Cafe Tasse on a scale of 1-10 would be around 7 or 8 for us. This particular Cafe Tasse is 54% chocolate, with little orange bits. Nice citrusy flavor combined with the slight bitterness of the choc. I would have preferred a bit more creaminess, but otherwise, pleasant enough on the tongue and palate. I think it would be fine for a brownie creation.
