During my ongoing, daily search for inspiring recipes and food stories, I've come across some brilliant ones this week!

Amy at We Are Never Full has shared her version of an amazing looking Spanish chicken, saffron and hazelnut dish called Pollo en Pepitoria "Kinda".
It may not be perfectly authentic, but I plan on trying it anyway.

Lydia at the Perfect Pantry has adapted a stunningly simple Espresso Sorbet recipe that she found in an old Martha Stewart cookbook.
Just the thing to whip up in my new Ice Cream Machine.

Mercedes has written an informative post about the Middle Eastern spice Za'atar on her site, Desert Candy.
Talk about perfect timing! A friend just gave me a little bag of za'atar and I had very little idea of what to do with it.

While searching for nostalgic comfort food in France (boy can I relate to that!), Ms. Glaze at Ms. Glaze's Pommes d'Amour ended up creating her own recipe for Roasted Tomato Soup.
