It must be avocado season - I see them everywhere. I've not encountered many food blog posts on them though.

One of my favourite ways to eat avocado is in guacamole, but prepared dry enough to spread on bread. I don't know where I got that, but I've had it with a nice duck roast sandwich sometime back and I can't get enough of it.
