Before I began contributing to Like to Cook I had no idea there was such a variety of food and wine festivals to attend!
I try to take advantage of any events in our area. There are always wine tastings to attend and last weekend was the Fete de la Bigarade. Last October there was a weekend during which local farms opened their doors so the public could go and taste their products.
Here are a few events going on this weekend:
From February 28 through March 9 the Florida Strawberry Festival is open in Plant City, Florida.
Charleston, South Carolina is hosting their Third Annual Charleston Food and Wine Festival to celebrate their unique culinary history and culture. Chefs
