A Crunchy Bite of Spring

Filed in archive Recipes , Seasons by Jennifer on April 15, 2008

This is spring's simplest starter. What an exquisite combination!

Take a bunch of fresh radishes, wash them and pat them dry.
Place the sweetest, best butter you can find in a little dish or crock.
Put a large pinch of fine sea saltlinks in another little dish or crock.
Thickly slice some French bread.
Arrange everything on a platter.

Slather a slice of bread with the butter and dip a radish in the salt. Take a bite of bread then a bite of radish.
Repeat.
