Books (and Mags) for Cooks
by Jennifer on March 12, 2008
The month of March offers plenty of cold, rainy days that require some serious comfort food. Pick up Bake Until Bubbly, the new cookbook by Clifford A. Wright, for hearty casseroles from around the world. Flavors from Paris, France to Paris, Texas, this book offers a great mix of main dish recipes along with crisps and crumbles for dessert.

Gordon Ramsay is famous for his quick temper (one could say infamous), but he's also known for being an amazing chef! His new cookbook, Gordon Ramsay's Fast Food, out at the end of this month, promises delicious recipes that will put dinner on the table in less than thirty minutes. No more calling for take out!

Fortunately, more and more people are making it a priority to purchase organic food and source sustainable food sources. Simply Organic by Jesse Ziff Cool, offers 150 recipes to encourage home chefs to buy and cook organic.

The Best Chicken Recipes by the Editors of Cook's Illustrated promises that you'll never eat bland, dry chicken again.

In addition, they offer recipes to fit just about any season, occasion, and lifestyle, all divided into easy-to-navigate chapters for easy reference.

These all look great but I'm definitely going to add Bake Until Bubbly to my list. International casseroles - that sounds delicious!
